Step 1:
Draw a face and clothes onto paper and then cut them out to be glued or stuck onto the roll with double-sided tape. An easier option is to draw straight onto the roll.
Step 2:
Stick a piece of doublesided tape at the top of the inside of the roll above the face. Cut strings of yarn and stick them to the tape to create hair.
Step 3:
Draw and cut out shoes from paper. Stick a piece of double-side tape to the bottom of the inside of the roll and stick down the ends of the shoes.
