Reese Witherspoon is one of Hollywood’s most sought-after actresses and as such, commands big fees. But the 43-year-old knows that when it comes to cleanser, a supermarket beauty buy can be every bit as effective as a high-end purchase.
Given that, it should come as no surprise that Reese has finally revealed her all-time favourite cleanser and it is none other than Cetaphil, which sells for roughly $15 for a full 500ml.
Reese has been associated with the beauty brand Elizabeth Arden for some years now and so uses plenty of its products. But, she still finds time (and beauty cabinet space) for a couple of bargain buys, Cetaphil being one of them.
In an interview with Refinery29, Reese says she loves the brand’s Daily Facial Cleanser which she uses, well, daily.
She likes it so much she even travels with it. That’s not the only bargain product Reese loves. The mama of three revealed she’s also a dedicated fan of Revlon’s Super Curl Eyelash Curler, which you can pick up at Target for just $10.
“It’s as good as any eyelash curler I’ve ever used,” Reese was quoted as saying.
So there you have it.
Sure, she’s loaded. But she’s clearly clever too and accordingly not opposed to saving a few bucks when and if she can. Frankly, we never would have imagined we could like her any more than we already do but now … we’re Reese’s number one fans.
