The highly anticipated reboot of Charlie’s Angels hits theaters this November, and Warner Bros has finally released the action-packed first trailer.
Starring Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska, the new Charlie’s Angels are fiercer than ever.

The explosive 3-minute promo opens with Kristen Stewart’s character taking down a bad guy in an incredible fighting scene.
We also hear Elena Houghlin (played by Naomi Scott from Aladdin) discussing a product that can revolutionize the power industry.
“There’s a possibility it can be weaponized,” says Elena worriedly.
Elena teams up with Jane Kano (Ella Balinska) and Sabina Wilson (Kristen Stewart) to try and stop the dangerous technology from falling into the wrong hands, putting their lives on the line to protect the world.
Interestingly, the new generation of Charlie’s Angels features some exciting new twists.
The Townsend Agency has expanded globally, with multiple teams of Angels situated across the world.
Why stop at three crime-fighting women?
Charles Townsend has employed intelligent, highly trained female detectives from all over the world to provide investigative skills and international security.
This also means more Bosleys, with Sam Claflin, Djimon Hounsou, and Patrick Stewart playing assistants to the new generations of Angels.
Another surprise in the reboot is Elizabeth Banks, who is not only directing the new Charlie’s Angels, but also plays the Bosley for the main characters.
Typically played by a male as seen in Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle and the TV series, this is the first time a female will take on the iconic role of Bosley.
“Let’s get the weapon, before it becomes every bad guy’s new toy,” Banks says in the trailer.
The Charlie’s Angels trailer also gives a sneak peek of the two closets for international spies: one filled with clothes, accessories and wigs for disguises, the other filled with dangerous weapons.
The inclusion of guns is a controversial change from the previous films featuring Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu, who only used martial arts to defend themselves.
However, the first look at the new film hints at a bar dance scene, making a callback to the iconic moment from Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle.
The new song by Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus and Lana Del Rey also features in the promo.
Ariana Grande serves as executive producer of the Charlie’s Angels soundtrack, a role that has gladly taken on.
The songstress posted the Charlie’s Angels trailer to her Instagram, captioning it:
“@charliesangels in theatres this November …. co-executive producing this soundtrack with @awsuki @ilya_music & #mxm has been the coolest fucking thing in the world. beyond grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait for everyone to hear the music and see this phenomenal film. November”
With the new trailer including snippets of fight scenes, explosions, car chases and classic witty banter, Charlie’s Angels looks to be bigger and better than ever.
The new Charlie’s Angels premieres on November 15th, 2019.
