Australia was first introduced to Sam Frost when she starred on The Bachelor, she’s now gone on to become a number of things including the first bachelorette, a radio host, and now, an actress.
Frost joined the show at the start of 2018 and plays the mysterious Jasmine Delaney.
Her Instagram following is almost at 500k and amongst the photoshoot images, red carpet appearances and occasional inspirational quote, she posts a whole variety of selfies.
In her most recent selfie, the actress raises awareness for mental health by encouraging her followers to get involved with liptember like her. In the caption she wrote, “All of you know I’m a huge advocate for supporting & encouraging men and women speak up about mental health, that’s why this month I’m proudly getting behind @liptember which provides support for developing national research, programs and prevention strategies for women’s mental health.”
She kept the caption simple on this next selfie, opting to post the image alongside two leaf emojis to highlight her natural state. The make-up free selfie has over 15,000 likes at the time of writing and the comments are filled with positive messages celebrating the 29-year-old’s natural beauty.
Sam snapped this quick selfie that features her fellow Home and Away co-star Patrick “Paddy” O’Connor. In the caption she praises O’Connor writing, “No spoilers, but he is definitely my favourite character.. and a bloody legend in real time!”
