The first trailer for Maleficent: Mistress of Evil has been released, with Angelina Jolie proving her Disney character is more villainous than ever!
The trailer dropped five years after the release of Maleficent, and follows one of Disney’s most notorious villains as she surprisingly joins forces with Princess Aurora – AKA Sleeping Beauty – to protect the magical lands.
It was reported by Star back in 2018 that Angelina, 43, “hand-picked” hot British actor Ed Skrein, 36, to star alongside her in the Disney sequel.
“Ange chose Ed because he’s young and gorgeous and has a perfect physique,” a source told the magazine.
However, Ed happily shares a young son with his long-term girlfriend.
