A Current Affair host Tracy Grimshaw was blindsided when her interview with treasurer Josh Frydenberg was halted and he was forced to make a quick exit midway through.

The Deputy Leader of the Liberal Party cut short the interview about the coronavirus crisis and rushed off camera, ditching his mic and leaving Tracy in shock.
He was answering a question about the future of schools amid the pandemic, the Treasurer ripped off his ear-piece and microphone and said: “I have to go now Trace.”
“Oh…alright…I had so many other questions,” Tracy said as Mr Frydenberg walked off screen.
The politician was called away from the interview because a division vote had been called in parliament to pass legislation on the coronavirus stimulus package.
The division vote is a physical vote of all members of parliament, so he needed to be physically present in the chamber to cast his vote, hence the urgency.
The walkout comes after last week Tracy was pulled from air when it was revealed that Rita Wilson, who has contracted coronavirus alongside her husband Tom Hanks, used her dressing room.
The Hollywood couple, both 63, tested positive for coronavirus on Thursday, three days after Rita had appeared as a guest on morning show Today Extra.
A Nine spokesperson said: “Tracy Grimshaw is not hosting ACA tonight as a precautionary measure since she had minor surgery last week. Karl Stefanovic will host in her place.”
Network staff who came into “prolonged contact” with Rita – including Today Extra hosts David Campbell and Belinda Russell – are also self-isolating for two weeks.
Taking to Instagram on March 12, Tom shared an ambiguous photo of a pair of gloves in a cytotoxic rubbish bin, along with a lengthy message to fans.
“Hello, folks. Rita and I are down here in Australia. We felt a bit tired, like we had colds, and some body aches. Rita had some chills that came and went. Slight fevers too,” Tom began.
He continued: “To play things right, as is needed in the world right now, we were tested for the Coronavirus, and were found to be positive.”
The Forrest Gump star went on to say that he and Rita will now play the waiting game – in isolation – until they are given more instructions by medical and hospital staff.
“Well, now. What to do next? The Medical Officials have protocols that must be followed. We Hanks’ will be tested, observed, and isolated for as long as public health and safety requires.
“Not much more to it than a one-day-at-a-time approach, no? We’ll keep the world posted and updated. Take care of yourselves! Hanx!” he concluded.
Shocked fans were quick to take to Instagram to show their support for the star, with some even adding a hint of lighthearted humour to soften the surprising of the news.
“What kind of world are we living in when even Forest Gump isn’t safe from Corona?!” one fan wrote.
A second person stated: “Be safe, take care of yourselves, and get well soon!”
A third person added: “Both of you guys will be fine. God bless.”
