The Bachelor’s Abbie Chatfield broke down during an interview with Studio 10 today.
The 23-year-old began to cry when she revealed that Bachelor Matt Agnew had left her ‘heartbroken’ after choosing fellow contestant Chelsie McLeod in the finale instead of her.
“It’s been really, really difficult the whole time, because I was a main character on the show,” the Bachelor runner-up confessed.

Abbie revealed that she had been the victim of intense trolling on social media.
“I was getting a lot of really horrible DMs [direct messages] and I got a few threats of violence, I got people saying your mother shouldn’t have had you,” the property analyst said.
“So that’s the level of things I’ve been getting, hundreds a day, so that in addition to being heartbroken,” she said, before bursting into tears.
This is the second time Abbie has become visibly emotional during her interviews today.
This morning, she cried on air during a radio interview with The Kyle and Jackie O Show after shock jock Kyle divulged the intimate details of Matt and Chelsie’s first night together.
When co-host Jackie asked Abbie if she was over the Bachie, she began to sob and say “Yeah, nah, not really.”
“Listen, get over him,” he said bluntly. “Because I asked those two this morning what their first [time having] sex was like, and apparently they were on a couch in a hotel in South Africa.”
“They were making out and feeling each other, then he lifted her up and took her to the bedroom,” he went on.
“He took all his clothes off and [they slept together], so you need to move on as well.”
Clearly overwhelmed with emotion, the former reality TV star simply muttered “um” as she began to cry.

At the beginning of the interview, Abbie confessed that she had cried for “four months straight” after filming the finale in South Africa.
She also admitted to “screaming into her luggage” after watching the last episode.
Minutes after the awkward rejection aired on Australian TV, Abbie issued a statement, admitting that she hasn’t “fully healed from my relationship with Matt, but I know he and the gorgeous woman he is with are happy, and that’s all that matters.”
