A certain controversial reality tv star is quickly making an enemy out of Channel 10.
The Bachelor‘s Abbie Chatfield has been caught “cringing” at Matt Agnew during an unauthorised (and alcohol-fueled) viewing party for the show’s premiere episode from July.
The leaked clip – shared by Abbie’s sister, Jolie Chatfield – shows the blonde sitting in front of the TV watching the astrophysicist introduce himself before the person filming prompts her to turn around.
“That’s so cringe,” Abbie groaned as she turned around and pulled a face.

The video was later deleted (likely at Network 10’s request) and Abbie responded to claims that she was slamming Matt.
The 23-year-old told the Daily Mail that her reaction “had nothing to do with Matt.”
In fact, Abbie said the footage that left her mortified was the all-too-familiar Gemini moment from the first episode of The Bachelor.
“The footage referred to is from a viewing party for Episode 1. The ‘cringe’ comment was in relation to seeing myself on television for the first time and the Gemini joke,” she told the publication.
In another clip, the blonde was heard reading out a “thirsty” Instagram DM from a male viewer (despite recently admitting she refuses to check her social media accounts due to all the backlash from her role on the show).
Every scandal this season has centred around Abbie — meaning she’s guaranteed an insane amount of air time
The property analyst’s intentions on the show have been called into question by many people who appeared on The Bachelor, from contestants Monique Morley and Sogand Mohtat and Matt’s best friend, Kate.
After being booted from the series, Elly Miles also said she believes Abbie applied for the series in an attempt to boost her notoriety.
“At the time there were comments being made about going on Bachelor In Paradise and Abbie seemed keen. So I questioned whether she was here for the right reasons if she was already thinking about life without Matt on a different TV show,” the blonde recently revealed to a local publication.
“She was very vocal about wanting to appear on the program.”
