It’s been three years since she gave birth to her daughter, Phoenix, but Tammin Sursok has revealed that it’s only recently she’s started to feel confident about her body again.
Posting a video to Instagram on Sunday, the Pretty Little Liars star showed off her newly slimmed down figure whilst dancing around in a bikini.
‘This is how I feel about summer,’ she wrote.
‘I haven’t felt truly confident in a bikini since I gave birth to my 10 pound daughter almost 4 years ago.
‘Thank you @Markrhinosmith for kicking my butt. It hasn’t been easy but results happen when you sacrifice short term goals.’
The former Home And Away star gave birth to Phoenix in 2013 and now lives in America with her director husband Sean McEwen.
