Celebrating their fourth anniversary, Seven Years Switch Jackie revealed how Tim swept her off her feet.
Answering a fan question, Jackie said they met working at the same gym.
‘Tim had a big cheesy grin and a twinkle in his eye and asked about my new role in the club,’ she wrote.
Organising work drinks to get closer to Jackie, who was ‘definitely first to RSVP’, Tim made the first move.
‘That night (July 20) outside Hotel Windsor on Chapel St, Melbourne, after a few drinks, Tim picked me up and threw me over his shoulder, caveman style (how romantic).
‘I squealed to put me down and said – if you want to hook up, stop making it so obvious in front of the other work people!! They can’t know!!
‘We both waited and waited until the very last person left the party and then pretty much spent every day and night together going forward until the show.’
The pair said they kept their relationship secret for about four months, admitting, ‘It was fun sneaking around.’
‘It was passionate and exciting and because we loved spending so much time together, we wanted to start a business together,’ she said.
That’s when things started to fall apart for the couple.
‘The financial stress grew and roles were not defined, it put a lot of pressure on the relationship.
Jackie adds, ‘We saw the show as a great opportunity to go on a holiday together and get the romance back. Oops!
‘But it did actually work in a crazy way. And here we are.’
Jackie and Tim announced in May they are having a baby.
‘We’re having what we’re calling our “Seven Year Switch Baby!”,’ Jackie told New Idea.
The 32-year-old bubbly blonde adds: ‘It’s because of the show that we sorted things out and are now having a baby. It’s just incredible.
‘We got pregnant within a week of finishing the show, so that was a shock.’
