She’s come a long way since she first stormed the Aussie charts all the way back in 1999, but despite keeping a much lower profiler these days, songbird Vanessa Amorosi is still going strong as a singer.
Though many will always remember her for her anthemic hit Absolutely Everybody – which she memorably sang at the Sydney Olympics – Vanessa might not be instantly recognisable to many of her early fans now, after a radical image change.
She’s also been stretching her wings artistically, and has been recording an album in Memphis with legendary Eurythmics member and star producer Dave Stewart. The record is expected to be unleashed sometime this year.
