They’re the most controversial couple of the season, and now Jason and Sarah have got The Block host Scott Cam down to his last nerve.
Jason and Sarah have been clashing with the renovation show’s host for weeks, but it appears the final straw was their refusal to pay their tradies, leaving a bill of $8000.
It’s just the latest in a string of troubles for the couple, who this season have received the lowest score in history for their master suite room reveal (three zeros), butted heads with the building foreman and have been ostracised by other contestants for dobbing in Elyse and Josh for a ‘non-compliant kitchen.’
But, it’s the tradies’ unpaid bill that has pushed Cam over the edge, according to an Australian publication.
‘I’ve got a problem. Number one, we pay out bills on The Block. We have to – it’s our reputation,’ Cam says. ‘This guy has a family. He’s owed 8000 bucks and you’ve told him you’re not paying any of it.’
The Gold Logie-winning presenter elaborated to the magazine, telling them he was over the contestants’ bad attitudes and laziness.
