Sam Frost has opened up about her life on Home and Away.

See what the reality star turned TV actress had to say here!

The former Bachelorette, who plays Jasmine Delaney on the long running Channel 7 series, took to social media to answer questions from fans last night.

Asked if she enjoys working on set in Summer Bay – at Sydney’s Palm Beach – Sam replied via Instagram stories: “I love playing Jasmine! Home and Away is the best workplace. Everyone supports each other and has each other’s backs. It’s amazing.”

The one time Bachelor contestant also revealed taking up a role on the show has been a dream come true, after watching the Australian soap since she was five-years-old.

“I’ve always been a huge fan, which is why I love my job so much,” she said.

Sam revealed her hopes for Jasmine’s storyline on the show, hinting more of the nurse’s family could come into the picture.

“I think it would be cool if Jasmine’s foster parents or real dad came to the Bay! Maybe a sibling.”

Sam was also quizzed about her co-star and real life pal Penny McNamee, who has played Tori Morgan since 2016.

“[Penny is] THE BEST. Pen has taught me so much about acting. She’s been an amazing friend and is a real sister. Always in your corner,” she wrote.

She named her co-star Tim Franklin – Colby Thorne – as the funniest person on Home and Away “by a mile”.

During her Instagram question session, Sam also spoke about managing anxiety and her relationship with boyfriend Dave Bashford.

“It’s the most easy and effortless relationship. We are genuinely best mates and we’re ALWAYS laughing together,

“He treats me with so much respect and kindness. Our home is so fun and full of unconditional love. I feel very lucky,” she said.

Sam found love with Dave after enduring two highly publicised breakups, first when Blake Garvey dumped her weeks after The Bachelor finale in 2014 and later when the romance soured with her Bachelorette pick Sasha Mielczarek.

Last year, the Aussie star spoke candidly to WHO magazine about how Bashford has helped Sam during her battle with mental health.

“He’s the one to pick up the pieces after a breakdown or anxiety attack,” Sam told WHO.

“He knows what triggers my anxiety, and knows how to deal with me when I’m depressed.”
