Former reality TV star Sam Frost has had two very public breakups, first when Blake Garvey publicly dumped her just weeks after choosing Sam as his winner on the Bachelor Australia, and then with her Bachelorette boyfriend Sasha Mielczarek.

But it seems the Home and Away actress has finally found love with boyfriend Dave Bashford as the couple looked absolutely smitten, walking hand-in-hand to their friends baby shower.
Attending the party of fellow Bachelor alumni Anna Heinrich’s sister, Andrea, the couple positively glowed with happiness to enjoy the special occasion.
The Home and Away star looked chic in olive pants, a white chiffon blouse and pale pink heeled-boots.
The former Bachelorette couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she strode next to her handsome man, who was dressed in a linen shirt, blue skinny jeans and brown boots.
Inside the stunning Sydney venue, Sam posted a sweet video of the gender reveal on her Instagram story where Andrea Heinrich and husband Tynan Diaz found out they were expecting a baby boy.
Last year, the Aussie star spoke candidly to WHO magazine about how Bashford has helped Sam during her battle with mental health.
“He’s the one to pick up the pieces after a breakdown or anxiety attack,” Sam told WHO.
“He knows what triggers my anxiety, and knows how to deal with me when I’m depressed.”
