Sharing a family photo with her husband Chris Judd and their four children, Judd exclaims to her fans: ‘We made it.’
While the photo is almost too perfect, the TV presenter tells a different story.
‘This photo exhausts me just looking at it,’ she added.
Judd, 33, gave birth to twin boys less than two weeks ago.
Sharing a picture of her post-baby body, fans were quick comment on how quickly she seems to have bounced back.
