On Friday morning, Hit 105 received a tip-off from listener Rose that Ines will be in court this Monday in Brisbane to face charges of drink driving.

The listener started off the chat by conceding the information is hearsay, although her sources seem fairly trustworthy.
Rose told the radio hosts: “It is just hearsay I must just profess that, but my doctor who took my blood the other day said that Ines will be in Cleveland court on Monday for a DUI.
“[My doctor] got this from a GP in the area.”
Rose then continued: “She got this from the GP in the area after she saw her leave the doctors after losing about 12kgs from stress.”
Radio host Abby chimed in, “[Ines] did get done for drink driving on Christmas Day. She did go to court and it got pushed back.”
According to reports, the 28-year-old legal assistant previously faced Cleveland Magistrates Court in Brisbane on 5. Feb and was charged with a mid-range drink driving offence.
Controversial TV villain Ines faces multiple charges stemming from an incident that took place on Christmas Day, including driving without due care, being a public nuisance and contravening direction of requirement of police officer.
