Prince William made a little girl’s day, chatting about the tooth fairy.
The royal was visiting Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital to promote the work of the Step into Health military employment program.
During his visit, William chatted with patients, including seven-year-old Anna Kape, who had broken her arm.

‘He asked me if the tooth fairy would be coming,’ Anna said of their conversation.
William also spent time talking to 90-year-old Doreen Patterson.
‘He held my hand with both of his,’ Patterson said. ‘He held my hand with a good hard grip. My daughter Janice will be very envious!’
