Sonya became known as the “villain” on 2018’s season of My Kitchen Rules, which eventually saw her and teammate Hadil kicked off for “bullying” fellow cast members.
But Sonya has well and truly put the drama behind her, and taken to Instagram to share a stunning bikini snap.
The 34-year-old showed off her curves in a black two-piece while soaking up the sun in Sydney’s Dee Why.
“‘If tomorrow, women woke up and decided they really liked their bodies, just think about how many industries would go out of business,” she wrote.
Sonya added the hashtags: #loveyouforyou and #selflove.
Fans flocked to the stunning pic.
