MKR fans were left reeling last night after contestant Tyson revealed he had a secret past – as a Shania Twain fan.
Amy, his sister and fellow team mate on the hit Channel 7 show, told fellow contestants that when Tyson was seven or eight he would stand in front of the mirror and belt out the American singer’s top hits.
‘He went through a really bad phase of loving Shania Twain, like it was a bit sick,’ she said.
‘He would literally put it on and would be like standing in front of the mirror and be like, “Man, I feel like a woman.”
Tyson, famous for his angry outbursts on the reality show, was clearly embarrassed by the revelation but joined the rest of the table in singing the song, much to the amusement of fans watching at home.
