Mia Farrow son’s cause of death has been revealed.
Thaddeus Wilk Farrow committed suicide, sustaining a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his torso, the Connecticut Office of Chief Medical Examiner confirms to PEOPLE.
The police reports states Thaddeus was found on Wednesday in his vehicle ‘suffering from a life threatening injury.’
Farrow released a statement on Twitter expressing her devastation.
The statement read: ‘We’re devastated by the loss of Thaddeus, our beloved son and brother. He was a wonderful, courageous person who overcame so much hardship in his short life. We miss him.
