Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have been a huge part of each other’s lives for many years but until a few hours ago the longtime lovers had never attended the hottest night of the fashion calendar together.
Miley and Liam, who tied the knot in December, arrived to the Met Gala red carpet wearing Saint Laurent and looking more in love than ever.
The duo put on a radiant display on the pale pink carpet of the “Camp” themed event.
While 2019 marks Miley’s fourth Met Gala, it is the first time Liam has attended the iconic soiree.
Ever the experimenter, Miley accessorised her statement YSL emerald and ebony mini-dress with jewellery by Loree Rodkin and ornate earrings from Bvlgari.
The Party In The USA songstress donned a pair of chunky black platform heels and opted to cover her trim pins in sheer polka dot stockings.
Miley, 26, kept her makeup to a minimum wearing a delicate nude lip and a subtle hint of kohl eyeliner.
Australian-born Liam looked dapper in monochrome black as he accompanied his new wife down the carpet.
But although Miley and Liam are the picture of young love, there’s one thing Ms Cyrus can’t stand about her hubby.

This year’s Met Gala caused a stir long before the event itself thanks to a very unusual and decidedly vague theme – “Camp: Notes on Fashion”.
The ‘camp’ instruction, based on a 1964 literary essay by Susan Sontag (we told you it was vague), could be interpreted as a call to eccentricity, wackiness and the downright bizarre, but even Vogue empress and longtime Met host Anna Wintour confessed that she had “no idea” what to expect of guests ahead of this year’s extravaganza.
The event is hosted by Anna and chaired by a slew of stylish stars – Lady Gaga, Serena Williams, Harry Styles, Gucci’s Creative Director Alessandro Michele and first lady of fashion Donatella Versace.
