The last few months have been a bit rocky for the Royal family as they’ve been plagued with conflicting rumours of a nasty feud between Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle.
With that in mind, the news that neither Meghan nor Harry were invited to Middleton’s birthday bash over the weekend seems to indicate that there most definitely is a royal feud.
The Duchess celebrated her 37th birthday over the weekend with a Sunday lunch, and two members of the royal family were noticeably absent.
Celebrating with Prince William and close friends at Anmer Hall, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry seemed to have not copped an invite.
According to The Daily Mail whilst her brother and sister-in-law were not in attendance, Emilia Jardine-Paterson, her husband David, and Sophie Carter along with her spouse Robert were among the guests.
Some keen observers have suggested that the royal feud isn’t actually between Kate and Meghan, but it’s Prince William who has the problem with the American actress.
On Christmas Day, the two women appeared friendly and were spotted laughing and joking by photographers and onlookers, however body language experts pointed out that William refused to engage with the Duchess of Sussex.
In footage of the royal couples leaving St Mary Magdalene Church at Sandringham, it appears that Meghan turns towards William to engage in conversation.
However, William does not meet her gaze and instead seems to be too preoccupied fixing up his scarf, which he continues to fiddle with before getting in a waiting car.
We sense some tension amongst the royal foursome.
