Martha, 29, is barely visible in the background with a huge red stain across the side of her dress.
The feisty Filipina and Kardashian lookalike have long butted heads on the social experiment, previously coming to blows in a comical scene where Martha was wearing a gold infused face mask.
Also featured in the promo clip is MAFS villain Ines Basic who cries on camera for the first time ever.
The Bosnian-born legal assistant continues to make headlines off-screen after pleading guilty to an array of criminal charges including drink driving and obstructing police at Brisbane’s Cleveland Magistrates Court on March 26.
