Married At First Sight‘s Nick Furphy has weighed in on his ex-girlfriend Jessika Power‘s recent hint at a role on Love Island.
On a New Idea Instagram post that shared the news of Jessika’s potential new show, Nick left the following comment: 🤔
It appears the idea of his former beau joining another dating show has left Nick feeling suspicious.

A report from the Mail Online also suggested that Jessika’s new-found singledom conveniently coincided with the announcement that Love Island Australia was confirmed for another season.
Contestants on Love Island are expected to be single in order to take part in the show.
Furthermore, Who reported that the MAFS villain followed Love Island Australia’s Instagram account shortly after revealing that she had split with Nick.
The split between the two MAFS stars is as fresh as last week.
Jessika posted a lengthy message on her Instagram story addressing the split, however, refused to go into detail at the time.
In an Instagram Q&A last night, Jessika discussed her role on Love Island and admitted to her 215k followers that she has “a lot of projects in the works at the moment.”
“I know there is mad speculation around whether or not I am going on Love Island,” the MAFS star said with a smile.
“I definitely have a lot of projects in the works at the moment.
“Is one of those me popping up on the Island?”, Jess continued while wearing a huge grin.
“You’ll just have to wait and see but I can’t wait to reveal!”
The 27-year-old discussed her split from the MAFS alum for the first time in the same Instagram Q&A.
Jess revealed that she held no hostility towards her ex and claimed the relationship ended due to the “the pressure”.
“Basically what happened was I just felt like the pressure of the relationship just caused us to argue a little bit here and there and more often.”
Jess continued: “Nick and I started off our relationship because we had really good banter and we got along really well.”
“I just said to him ‘Don’t you feel it as well? That we’ve been fighting a lot. I don’t want us to hate one another and I don’t want us to not have a friendship down the track.'”
Jess ended by wishing her ex well: “So it has ended. We have been civil to one another we haven’t been nasty. It’s not like we ended on bad terms, and I really do wish him the best for the future.”
