The snap shows the reality-TV star rocking pink hair and dramatic makeup.
Power is yet to confirm herself whether she has had breast augmentation. Her manager Max Markson said she had undergone a complex and intimate procedure.
After being snapped leaving the cosmetic clinic, Jessika shared a video to Instagram in which she hinted at the nature of her procedure.
She revealed: ‘I just got home from surgery. As you can see, I look a little worse for wear. But I’m happy with the results that I’ve had done. It was cosmetic surgery so I’m okay.
‘I can’t share with you just yet what I’ve had done. Dr Rastogi and I are putting together a little video for you all so you can see the whole process and see what was done, but I’m really excited!’
