Married At First Sight’s Jessika Power has spoken out about her former co-star Jules Robinson after leaked texts revealed that Robinson had removed Melissa Lucarelli as a bridesmaid.

Lucarelli recently accused Robinson of using their friendship to her advantage, telling NW magazine:
“One day we were texting about family and babies, then two days later she was dumping me as a bridesmaid!
“Now Cam and Jules are making money, she doesn’t need me anymore and she also doesn’t want me to get any publicity.”
Jessika Power has since backed Lucarelli’s claims.
According to The Daily Mail, the 27-year-old took to Instagram on Monday the 29th of October to deliver a scathing essay about the MAFS star, calling Jules ‘calculating’ and a hypocrite.
In response to an article about the drama between Melissa and Jules, Jessika said:
“I actually have to back Mel on this.”
“Throughout filming, Jules would say Martha [Kalifatidis] and I were only there for social media and endorsements, but since the show ended it seems that’s all Jules is for also,” Power continued.
It’s likely Jessika is referring to the moment on Married At First Sight when Jules compared the “women” on the show with the “girls” (i.e. Jessika and Martha).
During one dinner party, Jules made a condescending remark about her thoughts, saying:
“I just feel like there’s a divide between everything that goes on [here]. You’ve got girls and you’ve got women, that’s the actual fact. That’s the truth.”
“What does that mean? The way you act is better than how we act?” an annoyed Martha Kalifatidis replied, prompting Robinson to backtrack and say:
“No, not at all, just that you’ve got a maturity level… I never said I act better. It’s not an insult… okay, I didn’t say anything.”
It comes as no surprise then, that Jessika had some strong words about her former cast-mate.
In her blistering post on Instagram, she also said:
“It’s really sad to see that Jules dropped Mel as a bridesmaid but not surprising, it seems everything that woman does these days is calculated and beneficial for her and her only.”
According to the Daily Mail, Jules and her fiancé, Cameron Merchant left a small business infuriated after asking for ‘freebies’ for their upcoming wedding.
What’s more, Jules was announced as Weight Watchers ambassador, a face of Olay and has launched her own shapewear brand, Figur.
