Martha Kalifatidis and Ines Basic left Married At First Sight as best friends, but now the two ladies seem to have taken their relationship to the next level.
Photos of Martha and Ines sharing a passionate kiss while out on the town in Melbourne for Ines’s 29th birthday have baffled fans.
Although the steamy pash could be perceived as just some drunken fun, you can see Ines and Martha holding each other’s heads in their hands as they share a steamy kiss.
In the photos, you can see Martha leaning in eagerly as Ines kisses her bestie full on the lips.
Could these two be more than friends?
This isn’t the first time the girls have gotten close, just last week Ines shared a snap of her and Martha posing in front of a mirror wearing only bikinis.
In a recent interview with reality TV podcast Real Talk with Holly and Ali, Martha staunchly defended her Bosnian born friend, who has been dubbed MAFS’ ‘rudest bride ever’ by fans of the show.
“You’re not seeing everything. She does have another side to her. She’s actually really funny. A lot of the time, it’s just her sense of humour – it’s the delivery coming out really badly. She’s funny,” Martha, 30, explains on Real Talk with Holly and Ali.
“I feel like she’s really raw. She does say some things and she can look like she lacks empathy sometimes. [The public] take it for what they hear,” Martha continues.
