Heidi Latcham has been one of the most well-loved brides on this season of Married at First Sight.
So it came as some surprise when the 38-year-old Sunshine Coast star received online backlash about her appearance.

Speaking to Chrissie Swan at the Nova 100 MAFS party Heidi revealed she’d chosen to grow out her hair colour while she was filming the show.
“I decided when I was going on the show, that I would grow out my regrowth. I had blonde hair for many years and I was sick of having blonde hair and having to do it all the time,” she told Chrissie.
“And I thought, ‘’I’m going to go away for three months and I’m going to have it done’’ and then I went, ‘’No I’m going to grow it out,’” she insisted.
And despite receiving criticism from fans online, Heidi was determined not to update her hair colour during filming.
Blonde radio host Heidi continued: “It’s outrageous growing out your hair on television. Some people have written in and said, ‘’She needs to go to a hairdresser.’’ I just wanted to be natural.’
