Tensions have reached a boiling point on Married At First Sight with Wednesday night’s episode finally exposing the Sam and Ines affair.

But the shocking revelations surrounding Ines and Sam weren’t the only source of excitement for the evening.
After returning from a week off filming due to illness, Lizzie was confronted with the fact that Sam was telling the other contestants Lizzie had tried to seduce him. After sitting sulkily in the corner for most of the evening, on Wednesday night we finally saw Lizzie address the nasty gossip.
At the dinner party, Sam laughed and spoke openly about rejecting Elizabeth’s advances, which understandably upset her considering she was sitting right there.
Elizabeth fired back with shock claims of her own: “From the first commitment ceremony, you said you don’t care about me. But then in bed, you try and hook up with me.
“Kissing you is not trying to f***ing sleep with you!”
Elizabeth continued: “Stop making it as if I was trying to have sex with you. It’s like, oh, my God, my mind is blown. Can you not – I don’t understand this, it’s like, the only thing that… .”
Elizabeth explained to the shocked table: “It was literally like we went to bed, I kissed Sam, and I pulled away and he said, ‘That was a bit cheeky.
“I kissed him again, OK, and then he goes, ‘It’s nice to see you smile,’ and I said, ‘We’re not having sex. This is not what it is.’ And then he puts his thumb in my mouth.”
Sam then piped up: “Trying to defer you from trying to kiss me, because I’m not into you!”
Between the Lizzie and Sam showdown and Sam and Ines being exposed, all in all, it was one of Married At First Sight’s more eventful dinner parties.
