The dad to a four-year-old boy says he wants to build a strong family unit for his son.
Being the brother of Survivor’s Sam Webb, he won’t be a stranger to the ins and outs of reality TV as Sam used his time on Survivor to set up an acting career that is now flourishing after a regular gig on Neighbours.
But Sam is being less than supportive of his older brother. “I didn’t go to the wedding; he asked me to be the best man and I said ‘ nah’. I just didn’t want my head on that show to be honest. It’s a tragic show and I’m actually embarrassed to see what actually gets aired.”

However the former reality tv contestant said he will watch his brother on the show as he’s “hilarious”.
Despite the lack of support, says Daniel is keen to find someone to build a family unit with. The brothers, along with their three sisters were devastated when their parents divorced. So it was even more of a blow to Daniel when his relationship with his son’s mother didn’t work out.
Now, 18 months from his split, he is ready to move on, but it needs to be the right person for his son. He’s hoping for an instant attraction with his wife – someone who “gives him butterflies“ who is goal orientated, accepts his son and will help him build a family.
As for bonding with the guys – he calls himself the life of the party but can also provide a solid rugby shoulder to cry on should any one need it – and judging by what’s happened so far, they may well need it!
