“I momentarily thought I would have a drug-free birth and then I went into labour and I was like, ‘give me the drugs, give me the menu of drugs, give me all of them,'” she said.

She added: “The best thing is having a baby and the worst bit would be everything else.”

To keep the romance between her and Matty J alive, she joked: “Sometimes we change nappies together.”

Speaking about postpartum fitness, she said: “Some days I think I really want to get back into shape now and other days I think I’ll breast feed her until she’s 18.”

After suffering a devastating miscarriage, the couple announced they were expecting in late 2018.

They met on the The Bachelor back in 2017.
