The sighting comes days after the pop princess was forced to call the police because of a stalker harassing her at her Chelsea home, leaving the star badly shaken.
Kylie wrapped up against the sub-zero UK temperature in a black cape coat, blue jeans and knee-high boots, bracing her arms across her body for added protection from the cold.
The always chic songstress accessorised her look with a thick charcoal scarf and a stylish camel trilby.
She appeared to be makeup-free and wore her hair casually in a low bun.
Kylie was seen shopping and buying a few groceries before stopping at a cafe in the capital.
The darling of the music industry sipped on a hot drink whilst looking deep in thought.
The Sun reports Kylie’s stalker launched a “sustained campaign” of harassment “for weeks” which came to a head when the man “repeatedly pressed the intercom buzzer” of her home for hours on end and refused to leave the property.
Neighbours allege the man also went from door to door demanding to know where the singer lived.
