Lamar Odom has opened up about his marriage to ex-wife Khloe Kardashian in a heartbreaking new interview.
The 37-year-old confesses to US Weekly that Kardashian was aware of his illicit drug abuse and numerous infidelities, “If there is one thing I regret when I was married, it was having multiple affairs with different women. That wasn’t the stand-up thing to do.”
Lamar, who says he’s now sober, told the publication that Khloe caught him with other women.
“She caught me in a sleazy motel room in LA…Looking back, I’m like, ‘What are you doing?’ That was like sticking a knife in her heart and twisting it. She didn’t deserve it. She always tired to help me with the drugs,” he said. “I rejected the help.”
Following Lamar’s hospitalisation in October 2015 the 28-year-old media mogul stood by Lamar during his recovery.
“I want to be his support system. Tragedy does make you reassess a lot of things, but when it comes to our relationship, it’s the same, except I’m here supporting him fully,” she told People.
The couple officially signed divorce papers in June 2016, Khloe has since found love with Tristan Thompson.
