Karl Stefanovic enjoyed some family bonding time with his brother Peter over lunch at Otto restaurant in Sydney’s Woolloomooloo Wharf.
The celebrity siblings were in high spirits as they took a taxi instead of an Uber outside the eatery, 15 months after Karl’s infamous Ubergate scandal broke in March last year.

Channel Nine golden boys Karl and Peter Stefanovic found themselves in hot water when an Uber driver revealed details of a 45-minute phone call which took place while Peter and wife, Nine host Sylvia Jeffreys, were travelling in his car.
The conversation saw Karl vent his frustration about his Today Show co-host Georgie Gardiner, as well as colleagues Richard Wilkins, Mark Burrows and Nine network executives, New Idea exclusively revealed at the time.
Peter, who co-hosted Today Weekend and worked as reporter on 60 Minutes at the time of the controversy, reportedly declared he “hated his job” among other complaints.
In the wake of the controversy, Karl wed his shoe designer girlfriend Jasmine Yarbrough in a lavish Mexican ceremony last December, but faced disaster when he was axed from his longtime hosting gig on The Today Show weeks later.
In a shock turnaround, the 44-year-old anchor is set to return to Channel 9 to host the second season of hit show, This Time Next Year.
Gold Logie winner Karl finished filming the second season of This Time Next Year in February, and the show is expected to air in the coming months.
It’s an exciting time for Karl and Jasmine who are rumoured to be expecting their first child together.
The newlyweds were spotted walking their dog in Sydney with onlookers noting how loved up and tactile they seemed.
According to The Daily Telegraph, Karl has undergone not one, but two vasectomy reversal procedures in a big to make his new wife’s family dreams come true.
The Australian TV star already has three children from his previous marriage to ex Cassandra Thorburn – Jackson, 19, Ava, 13, and River, 12.
