Fuller House star Jodie Sweetin’s divorce from her third husband has been finalised.
Sweeten filed for divorce from Morty Coyle in June 2013 citing ‘irreconcilable differences’, after only being married for one year.
The actor is now engaged to 39-year-old writer and producer Justin Hodak.
Sweeten and Coyle will share custody of their six-year-old daughter Beatrix. The actress has another daughter, Zoie, with Cody Herpin.
As part of the terms of Sweetin’s custody agreement with Coyle, the Daily Mail reports: ‘The minor child shall only be driven by a sober driver. Either party may request that the other party submit to hair follicle drug testing at ARC upon 12 hours notice.’
The stipulations may sound disturbing, but Sweetin has had a long history of drug abuse. Now sober, she insists she has turned her life around.
In January this year, the actress told People: ‘I will have five years [of sobriety] in March. It’s given me a lot of gratitude.’
