Jimmy Bartel’s rumoured relationship with British-based Australian socialite Lauren Mand has been making headlines- a reality that Lauren reportedly doesn’t mind at all.
According to the Herald Sun, the aspiring WAG is said to be enjoying her 15 minutes of fame and has “long been referring to Jimmy as her boyfriend.”
Some have even claimed that the blonde spent years trying to break into their social circles – with dreams of elevating her social standing.
In the past, Lauren has also been linked to St Kilda players Jason Gram and Sam Fisher and is friends with Shane Warne on Facebook.
Furthermore, Nadia Bartel – who recently split with the former AFL player – is said to be “bracing herself” as further information about Jimmy’s relationship with Lauren begins to surface.

Last week, the mother-of-two publicly acknowledged Jimmy’s new relationship, telling the Herald Sun that she’s having a “difficult” time coming to terms with their separation, as she also grapples with claims the retired Geelong football player has since moved on with Lauren.
“Although I’m heartbroken, I don’t want to comment specifically on what’s been reported about Jim’s trip to the UK as I don’t think that is in anyone’s interests,” Nadia said.
“My single focus now is to continue to protect, care and provide for my two beautiful boys as this is a personal matter.”
While Nadia hesitated to discuss her former partner’s new relationship, a friend told the publication that she discovered Jimmy’s new romance with Lauren through text message.

The New Daily quoted a source as saying, “The truth will come out eventually, but I’m not saying any more than that.”
“It’s a cliché, but it’s all really out of the blue.”
