Brody Morgan is facing jail time thanks to a string of charges surrounding his drug addiction.
Due to the Summer Bay hunk’s recent run-ins with the law and penchant for drug-taking, he’s beginning to emerge as the new bad boy in town.
Now, the middle Morgan sibling (Jackson Heywood) could be about to land himself in jail – and big brother Justin (James Stewart) could not be more furious.
Add into the mix the fact that Brody is still seeing Ziggy (Sophie Dillman) in secret against Justin’s wishes, and you have one ropeable Morgan!
Justin believes that Ziggy is a trigger for the recovering drug addict, but Brody is insistent that he genuinely cares for her.
‘You told me adrenaline is a trigger,’ Justin yells.
But Brody interjects, ‘Despite what you think, I actually do care about her!’
Even though he thinks it’s a bad idea, Justin agrees to keep their secret…until he receives some more terrible news.
‘It’s from the court,’ Brody says, thrusting a letter at Justin.
‘Looks like you won’t have to deal with my problems anymore – the trial’s in two weeks.’
Brody has been served – his court date has been set and he could be going away for a long time.
