After suffering a horrible back injury last month, Denyer has been recovering in hospital and keeping his followers updated on Instagram.
But a source now reveals Grant’s disappearance is due to more than just an injury and he won’t be returning to Dancing with the Stars until the last episode – just for a token appearance.
According to reports, Denyer’s new show Celebrity Name Game, which replaces axed Pointless, was also due to air three weeks ago.
Our source says Grant’s absence is becoming very expensive for the network.
