It’s not often that the outspoken stars of Gogglebox are lost for words.
But after the cast settled in to review an episode of The Real housewives of Sydney this week, that’s exactly what happened.
The RHOS scene in question started off seemingly innocently at Athena X’s art gallery exhibition, but things turned sour very quickly when a tipsy Lisa Oldfield showed up late to the event.
“She’s had a few, she’s arrived drunk,” Kate Dalton says as Lisa stumbles into the gallery.
“Drunkity drunk drunk,” Isabelle agrees.
As a group, the housewives proceed to discuss their friend’s paintings, before Krissy Marsh declares that one artwork in particular gives her “goosebumps.”
Out of nowhere, Lisa turns on Krissy, saying: “I get why you have goosebumps, because you’re always talking about the big c**ks you’ve sucked, the small c**ks you’ve sucked, how you like a bit of anal.”
“What happened from looking at the paintings to penises?” Lee asks. “Did we miss something?”
“Am I hearing correctly?” Di wonders aloud.
Meanwhile, on-screen Lisa continues her foul-mouthed rant, reeling off a list of slurs directed at Krissy: “B***h, sl*t, wh***, moll…”
“You forgot gutter sl*t!” Faye chimes in from her position on the couch.
Adam and Symon stare at the screen, clearly in a state of shock.
“Aren’t they embarrassed that everyone’s looking at them?” Anastasia asks of the housewives.
“I’m embarrassed sitting here in the lounge room,” Faye agrees.
