Although they announced their engagement back in September 2019, the pair proved they don’t rush into anything by holding a special celebration six months on.

Georgia and Lee, who found love on the reality TV show in 2016, held the romantic bash in the ornate grounds of the lush Melba Estate estate on a day that appeared perfect.

Clearly smitten, they both shared a number of photos from the event to their Instagram accounts.

Lee proved his love and posted a soppy dedication to Georgia on his Instagram.

“And I’d choose you, in a hundred lifetimes, in a hundred worlds, in any version of reality, I’d find you and I’d choose you,” he wrote, alongside a number of pics.

While there was dancing, and lots of kissing on camera, the couple also gave a speech, with Georgia revealing that the pair were in no hurry to marry.

However, she added that when they do wed, it will be a very small affair, and hence it meant a lot to her to get so many people together for the engagement party.

At the entrance a sign featuring an artwork rendition of the pair awaited guests, which stood alongside a photo of Georgia’s late mother, Belinda, who died of pancreatic cancer in 2016, in a touching tribute.

Instead of gifts, the couple asked guests to donate money to the Pancare Foundation, an Australian only charity fighting pancreatic cancer.
