Someone’s mother never told them ‘if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all’!
Married At First Sight’s Cyrell Paule went on what can only be described as an ‘Instagram tirade’ last night, sounding off against MAFS rivals Martha Kalifatidis and Jessika Power in a series of disturbing posts.

In the Instagram Q&A, Cyrell partook in some casual slut-shaming of Married At First Sight‘s Jess, while also critiquing Martha’s choice of becoming an anti-bullying activist, after Martha was seen to be a ring leader in a group of bullies on the popular reality TV show.
The MAFS star did not hold back against Martha, who along with Ines Basic and Jessika would often cause a multitude of drama during the dinner party.
After one social media user asked if the Channel 9 reality star has spoken with her fellow reality TV contestant, Cyrell said: “No I don’t talk to Martha, I don’t talk to snakes. I know she called Jules a snake but we all know who the bigger snake is.
Cyrell capped off her rant by taking aim at Martha’s recent birthday splurge; hiring a Lamborghini for a day.
“Take responsibility for your actions, and you know you’re as fake as that Lamborghini you hired.”
Ouch.
Cyrell went even further, responding to one user’s critical response to Martha’s anti-bullying campaign with a critique of her own: “Didn’t know a bully could talk about anti-bullying!
Ok then…what is happening to this world!”
The Married At First Sight star continued her classy diatribe by stating that Mick “dodged a bullet” with Jess, writing, “Imagine waking up to that every morning, poor kid.”
Cyrell then compared the aspiring model to 7/11, a store that remains ‘open’ 24/7, saying the blonde who cheated on her TV husband with another contestant, was the stores ‘mascot’.
To cap off the explosive series, Cyrell also addressed why she is no longer friends with Elizabeth Sobinoff, and why she won’t talk about it.
“I don’t want to say why. Cause even if I didn’t get the same respect back from her, I respect that once upon a time we were friends.
“I just learn from mistakes and learn peoples true colours.”
