Chelsy Davy tells all: why I had to leave Harry

Six years on, Chelsy Davy finally reveals what it’s like to date a prince.

Famous for her on again off again relationship with Prince Harry, Davy told the Daily Mail she ‘couldn’t cope’ with the ‘scary’ media attention.

‘It was so full-on: crazy and scary and uncomfortable. I found it very difficult when it was bad. I couldn’t cope,’ said Davy about being chased by photographer wanted picture of her and Harry.

The former lawyer added that she was ‘trying to be a normal kid and it was horrible.’

Following the couples split in 2010, Davy said ‘it was nuts’. Unable to handle the attention she went back to her home in Africa.
