This weekend, Bindi Irwin, along with mum Terri and brother Robert attended their annual Gala Dinner in honour of the late Steve Irwin.
The family of three ditched their signature khaki attire and went glam for the occasion – which aims to preserve the memory and passion for conservation of the famous ‘Crocodile Hunter’.
‘We still feel like he’s with us every single day and as a family we want to make sure we continue his great work,’ Bindi said during her touching speech.
10 years after Steve’s tragic passing, this year marks the first time the bash has taken place outside of Australia, with the nature-loving family hosting the event at the JW Marriott in Los Angeles.

Along with the Irwin’s, Olivia Newton John, Bindi’s wakeboarding boyfriend, Chandler Powell and her Dancing With The Stars partner, Derek Hough were also in attendance to help celebrate Steve’s life.

Not only that, but over $35k was raised during a charity auction – including $7000 for a guitar signed by Taylor Swift and one lucky bidder winning the chance to join the Irwin’s on their 2016 annual croc research trip.
