Home and Away favourite Ada Nicodemou has today posted an Instagram video of herself getting a beauty process known as ‘skin needling’
Looking a bit red and raw, the star was nonetheless happy to let her fans know one of her beauty secrets.
‘I’ve had a couple of #skinneedling treatments… and loved the results so thought I’d try another one today, thank u so much Samantha Reed for looking after me,’ she captioned the video.
Skin needling is claimed to induce collagen production and the creation of new capillaries through ‘controlled skin injury’.
