Taking to Instagram this morning, the daughter of Aussie Icon Steve Irwin showed her 2.5 million followers the moment her long-term boyfriend Chandler Powell proposed, as well as revealing the man behind her pics – her brother Robert!
Bindi continued: “I never even knew Robert was there photographing and I’ll always be grateful to have these special memories of the most amazing day of my life. ❤️”
Taking to Instagram to show off a close-up of the ring, Bindi wrote: “On my birthday I said ‘yes’ and ‘forever’ to the love of my life.”
She added: “Chandler, close to 6 years ago I fell in love with you and every day since has been a whirlwind of adventure and true happiness. I’m so looking forward to spending our forever together as your wife. Here’s to a lifetime of friendship, purpose and unconditional love. Now let’s get married already!”
Bindi’s mum Terri also expressed her joy at welcoming Chandler into the family.
“Best day ever! Chandler asked and beautiful @BindiIrwin said yes,” the proud mum wrote.
