But Ariana Grande ain’t making no lemonade!
A fan captured the moment 25-year-old Ariana was hit with a lemon slice, while performing her new single Nasa at the Coachella Valley Music Festival on Sunday evening.
And to say the singer was chill about the Chella incident is an understatement.
“What the f**k?” she yelled as she ran off-stage?
She told the crowd she did the bolt “because one of y’all threw a lemon at me. Sh*t!”
Attention soon turned to members of the Bey Hive – Beyonce’s legion of dedicated fans – who had become disgruntled after rumours swirled that Ariana was paid double what the Lemonade singer was to perform the year prior.
The Blast reports that the rumours are simply untrue.
“We’re told the contracts for Grande and Beyoncé were structured exactly the same way,” a source has since clarified.
“$4 million (usd) for the first weekend and another $4 million (usd) for the second.’
