The Duke and Duchess of Sussex currently live at Nottingham Cottage at Kensington Palace in England where Prince William and Kate Middleton used to reside day to day, before they moved to 1A a 20-room apartment also located inside the palace.

The sprawling Kensington Palace grounds is also home to 15 other royal family members, including Princess Eugenie and her soon to be husband Jack Brooksbank and Prince and Princess Michael of Kent.

Recently, Kensington Palace confirmed that The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will move out of their modest cottage on the grounds of Kensington palace into lush new digs in Windsor.

There has also been talk of Prince Harry setting his sights on Beaconsfield Farm, a Roman villa set in the Cotswolds.

If they do purchase the property it will need some serious renovations though.

“The understanding is that Harry’s seriously thinking of taking on Beaconsfield Farm. It’s a right old mess at the moment though — its full of mud. It’s a couple of barns I think. He’ll have to do it up,” a local resident told a British tabloid.

The properties are a far cry from where Meghan Markle used to live. Her home in Toronto was a modest two-storey house located near Bathurst and Dupont Streets.
