Making a grand entrance to her daughter Princess Eugenie’s wedding, Sarah Ferguson could not stop beaming from ear to ear.
Waving to the cameras and greeting the crowds with enthused vigour, Fergie even found the enthusiasm to fist pump the air.
As proud as she was, her behaviour was deemed by body language experts as a little dominating and it appeared she forgot the wedding was about Eugenie not the mother of the bride!
“Fergie looked fabulous, but missed the point that this whole wedding was not about her,” body language expert Louise Mahler told New Idea.

“The woman has no ‘off’ button. Compare with Meghan’s mother, in the same circumstance, who let the bride shine, Fergie’s constant scratching of her face was highly inappropriate,” she added.
“Her waving to everyone she had ever met was tragic and her ridiculous face pulling was inappropriate to the extreme,” Louise said.
Columnist Sarah Vine also agreed saying that Fergie was the complete opposite to Meghan Markle’s mother Doria Ragland.

“Brash, bold, basking in the glory of her daughter’s royal position, surrounded by old friends and muckers, giggling and gurning at the congregation, brimming with confidence – and back at last where she has always felt she belongs: within the royal fold, next to her ex-husband in the front row of life,” she said.
“Didn’t that fist pump as she greeted the crowd say it all!”
