Rumours are alive and kicking that Kate Middleton is expecting baby number four.
Several media outlets report that the Duchess of Cambridge’s decision to not accompany husband Prince William on his tour Kuwait and Oman is confirmation that she is expecting.

William is on a brief four-day trip to the Middle East, with Kate at home with children Prince George, six, Princess Charlotte, four, and Prince Louis, one.
The 37-year-old mother-of-three attended a reception at Buckingham Palace where she greeted NATO world leaders.
Royal fans have speculated that Oman’s travel health warnings is why ‘a pregnant’ Kate did not travel with William.
The Centre for Disease Control and Prevention recommends pregnant woman do not tavel to the area.
Their website reads: “Although the risk of malaria is low in Oman, you should avoid mosquito bites to prevent malaria.”
It continues: “Some travellers to certain areas who are at higher risk for complications from malaria (such as pregnant women) may need to take extra precautions, like antimalarial medicine.
“Talk to your doctor about how you can prevent malaria while traveling.
“Areas of Oman with risk of malaria: Sporadic transmission in Dakhliyah, North Batinah, and North and South Sharqiyah.”
Meanwhile a recent U.S. report claims that the Duchess is expecting twins.
The National Enquirer reports the royal couple are “surprised” by the pregnancy.
“They had pretty much decided they were done in the baby-making department – three rambunctious kids were enough to handle,” the source spills.
“But the fertility gods obviously had other ideas! Now they’re praying Kate won’t be stricken with debilitating morning sickness that plagued her other pregnancies and even landed her in hospital,” they add.
The report also claims that the news is “just what the Queen needed” amid the current scandals and crisis surrounding the palace.
“The twins are giving the Queen hope the royals can survive the latest disasters,” the source adds.
