Prince George’s latest obsession

He's teaching his parents all about it too.

Prince William and Kate Middleton are the parents to three lovely children, and like all parents they enjoy watching them grow up and discover new hobbies and interests.

On Tuesday, William made a visit to the Acorn’s Children’s Hospice, and revealed that his eldest son Prince George currently had a new obsession. While spending time in an activity room with a group of children who were painting, William informed one little girl that his five-year-old son, “is obsessed with dinosaurs. We’ve been learning all about them.”

The hospice that William visited was first opened by his mother Princess Diana 30 years ago. He informed well-wishers that it was “fantastic” to be there.

During the visit, Acorn’s Hospice President Kay Alexander gave an emotional speech. In the speech he spoke about how incredible it was that Diana had opened the hospice which was just the third one in the world at the time.

“I am going to get tearful,” said Kay, to which William responded, “Don’t, you’ll start me off as well.”

Kay praised William by saying that his visit to the hospice and his ability to “just chat to anyone” is the “biggest, best thing that could happen to those parents,” he concluded by saying William is “a star”.

William was gifted a set of wooden dolls made for George, Princess Charlotte, 3, and Prince Louis, 4 months, which had been crafted by the hospice’s handyman.

He was also handed copies of specially-made dinosaur-themed colouring books for his children while out in Birmingham. When he was handed the gift by Vice-chancellor Sir David Eastwood, William said, “I’ll be the most popular father in the country tonight.”
